The main component of the magic salad is white cabbage, which has been known since ancient times for its beneficial and nutritious properties. Cabbage is a low-calorie product - it contains only 28 kcal per 100 grams of product. At the same time, this vegetable contains sucrose, fructose and glucose, which are easily broken down, due to which the feeling of satiety quickly sets in, so that the portion can be quite tiny. Also, white cabbage contains almost all vitamins important for life, including vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin PP, vitamin K, and others. The leaves of this vegetable also contain important trace elements, including iron, calcium and phosphorus. For our salad, we will cut the cabbage very thinly.
Step 2
Cucumbers will give our salad a fresh taste and aroma. Many tend to downplay the benefits of these green fruits, believing that there is nothing but plain water in them. However, this is not at all the case. Cucumbers contain vitamins A, C, vitamins of group B. Cucumbers are also famous for the fact that they contain such a valuable element as iodine. Cucumbers are also a source of fiber. Also, cucumbers, having a rich vitamin and mineral composition, are a low-calorie product: with a high nutritional value, their calorie content is only 15 kcal per 100 grams.
Carefully wash the cucumbers for our salad and cut very thinly without removing the skin.
Step 3
For piquancy, you can choose to add celery root to our crispy beauty salad by grating it on a coarse grater, or take a red Crimean onion (Yalta) and cut it very thinly.

One of the ingredients for a thin waist salad is flaxseed. This product is unique in its composition, as it contains, among other things, such essential omega 3-6-9 fatty acids. Although flax seeds are a high-calorie product - they contain about 550 kcal per 100 grams, there will be no harm to the figure from their use. On the contrary, regular consumption of 1 - 2 tablespoons of seeds per day stimulates metabolism, prevents the development of fatty deposits. For our salad, you only need one tablespoon of seeds, previously ground in the most ordinary coffee grinder. Just add the powder to the vegetables. Now add salt to the salad to taste, add oil and mix. Salad ready. It is better to eat it right away, while it is fresh.
