Step 1
Break two eggs into a large container.

Add 10 tablespoons of flour. We mix. To prevent lumps from appearing, it is advisable to first sift the flour through a sieve.

Add sugar (2 tablespoons). We mix.

Add salt (1 teaspoon). We mix.

Add sunflower oil to the dough (1 tablespoon).

And lastly, pour in milk (2 glasses). We mix. It turns out a batter.

Preheat a frying pan (low heat), after greasing it with vegetable oil, and begin to bake. Use a ladle or large spoon to pour the dough into the pan. This must be done very carefully. Let the dough fill the entire bottom of the pan. Bake on one side (a few minutes), then gently turn it over with a spatula on the other side.

Put the finished pancakes on a plate one on top of the other. Grease each pancake generously with butter.
