It is necessary
- - pumpkin (700 g);
- - lemon (1 pc.);
- - orange (1 pc.);
- - rum (50 g);
- - flour (300 g);
- - baking powder (1 tbsp. spoon);
- - sugar (150 g);
- - raisins (150 g);
- - cloves (1/3 teaspoon);
- - icing sugar (3 tablespoons);
- - cinnamon (1/2 tsp).
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin, peeled from seeds and peel, into small cubes with a side of 1 cm.
Step 2
Place the resulting cubes in a saucepan and add the rum and sugar.
Step 3
Cut off the zest from the orange and lemon. Squeeze out the juice. And rub the zest on a fine grater.
Step 4
Add citrus zest and juice to the pan, along with raisins and cloves.
Step 5
Pour the sifted flour together with the flour baking powder into the mixture of pumpkin cubes.
Step 6
We prepare a container for baking a cake. Lubricate the bottom with butter and sprinkle with flour so that the dough does not stick to the dishes.
Step 7
Place the pie mixture in a baking dish. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
Step 8
We place the cake in a preheated oven and bake for half an hour.
Step 9
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
