Mix the pumpkin with the meat and leave to marinate for several hours, then remove the beef from the pumpkin, salt and pepper to taste and fry in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes on each side.

Cut the remaining vegetable into slices 2-3 cm thick and fry in boiling oil, put them on the meat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve boiled rice as a garnish.

You can make pumpkin donuts, the recipe is simple, the dish is prepared quickly. For donuts "Acra" you will need:

- pumpkin 300 g;

- bow 1 head;

- greens - onions, parsley, thyme;

- 1 large garlic clove;

- eggs 2 pcs.;

- flour 200 g;

- dry yeast 1 teaspoon;

- sunflower oil 50 g;

- salt, pepper to taste.

Fry the onion, grate the pumpkin, chop the greens. Mix all the ingredients and proof the dough for half an hour. Deep-fry the donuts in a deep skillet. Serve hot, sprinkled with lemon juice.

For a festive feast, the original Creole Pan pumpkin dish is suitable. You will need 1 kg of meat, preferably beef, and pumpkin, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 150 g of dried apricots, 5 tablespoons of rum, vegetable oil, spices - cardamom, pepper, nutmeg, salt.

Cut the beef into small pieces, fry in oil with rum, remove the meat, put onion and garlic in the oil, fry. Return the meat, add dried apricots, pour in a glass of broth or water and simmer until tender.
