The Greek recipe is unusual but delicious. Black plums are filled with rice, stewed with pork belly and bell peppers. The wine added to the filling gives the dish an undoubted zest.
It is necessary
- - 40 ml of oil;
- - 180 g of rice;
- - 200 ml of chicken broth;
- - 100 g sweet pepper;
- - 150 g pork belly;
- - 70 ml of semi-sweet red wine;
- - 6 black plums.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry rice in a pan with olive oil. We do this for no more than ten minutes, without forgetting to stir with a spatula. Transfer the rice to a saucepan.
Step 2
Pour the broth into the rice, add salt (to taste) and black pepper (a pinch). Simmer rice in broth for about 15 minutes. Fry finely chopped bell peppers in a frying pan. Pour it over the rice.
Step 3
Fry pork brisket, cut into small cubes. When the cubes are browned, we also transfer them to a saucepan with rice.
Step 4
Add wine to the rice and simmer everything together until the liquid evaporates.
Step 5
Divide large black plums into halves, remove seeds and take out a little pulp. Add the pulp to the rice filling and mix. Stuff the plums with the filling so that a slide rises on the half.
