Step 1

Soak dry mushrooms for cooking chicken cutlets in water. After a few hours, take them out and wring them out. If you decide to use fresh wild mushrooms or champignons for cooking cutlets, just wash and peel them.

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and combine with the finely chopped onions. Fry the mixture in vegetable oil until cooked through.

Separate the chicken meat from the bones and cut it into pieces. Divide the onion into several parts. In this form, these products will be more convenient to lay in a meat grinder.

Cut off the crust from the loaf, and cut the remaining crumb into large pieces, soak them in water for 5 minutes, then squeeze well.
