Delicious, hearty and extremely simple dumplings casserole. Such a casserole should be prepared only with purchased dumplings, otherwise its main idea disappears - an easy-to-eat quick dish.
It is necessary
- -800 g frozen dumplings
- -3 medium onions
- -100 g of hard cheese
- -4 eggs
- -250 g mayonnaise
- -1 bunch of green onions
- - black pepper to taste
- -a pinch of salt
- -vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Peel, wash and cut onions. Heat 2 tablespoons in a skillet with a thick bottom. tablespoons of vegetable oil, put onion, fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Remove the dumplings from the freezer and leave to defrost at room temperature for 5 minutes, then spread out on a floured surface for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Grease an ovenproof dish with vegetable oil. Put one layer of dumplings in a mold, season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the fried onions evenly on top.
Step 4
Beat eggs in a wide bowl, add salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and beat well again. Pour the dumplings with the resulting egg-mayonnaise mixture. Grate cheese (preferably parmesan) and sprinkle with dumplings.
Step 5
Place the dish in the oven. Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Wash green onions, dry, chop finely. Remove the prepared casserole from the oven, sprinkle with green onions (or other spicy herbs) and serve immediately.
