The meat according to this recipe is very soft. Despite the presence of dried apricots and prunes in the recipe, the dish is not sweet at all. Suitable for lunch or dinner.
It is necessary

- - 100 g of prunes;
- - 100 g of dried apricots;
- - mayonnaise;

Step 1
Rinse a piece of pork with fat under running water, put on a paper towel so that all excess moisture is gone. Then stuff with prunes and dried apricots. If your dried fruits are very dry, then they must first be soaked for 2-3 hours in cold water.

Then sprinkle the lined piece of meat with pepper and salt. You can add any spices you like. Spread mayonnaise on all sides.

Line a baking dish with foil. If you want, you can spread the slices of peeled potatoes on top - you get meat immediately with a ready-made garnish. Wrap the pork tightly in foil, put in the oven for 1-1.5 hours, cook at an average temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 4
Pierce the meat with a knife - if clear, not pink juice flows out of it, then the meat is ready. Uncover the foil and cook the pork for another 5-10 minutes to brown.

Pork with dried apricots and prunes is most delicious hot, do not wait until it cools down, serve immediately. You can garnish with fresh chopped herbs on top. Instead of potatoes, you can separately cook any other side dish to taste.
