Pasta is a familiar side dish in almost every family. But it happens that there are very few of them left, but it's a pity to throw it out. Salads with pasta are an excellent solution.
Swiss salad
You will need:
- boiled horns (bows, spirals) 200-300 g;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs;
- sausage (ham, chicken) - 300 g;
- hard cheese - 150 g;
- greens to taste;
- mayonnaise.
Cut the sausage and hard cheese into cubes, about 1 * 1 cm. Chop the greens (dill, parsley). Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Put cold pasta, sausage, cheese, tomatoes in a large bowl. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.
If a large salad is planned, add the tomatoes just before eating. Otherwise, they will oxidize and spoil the taste of the dish.
Salad with pasta and crab sticks
You will need:
- small boiled pasta (stars, shells) - 250 g;
- crab sticks - 200-250 g;
- canned corn - 1/2 cans;
- egg 1-2 pcs;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- green onions - 1/2 bunch;
- sunflower oil.
- mayonnaise.
To prevent the pasta from sticking together, water them with 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, mix and put in a salad bowl. Cut the crab sticks and eggs into small cubes, finely chop the green onion and add everything to the pasta. Drain the excess liquid from the corn, pour it into the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper if necessary. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
