There are many recipes for soups with small meatballs - meatballs. Try to cook it with asparagus beans, and aromatic garlic will add spice to the dish.

- - green beans - 300 g;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - celery root - 300 g;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;

- - butter - 1 tablespoon;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare minced pork and beef. Take an equal amount of meat and mince it. Add a raw egg to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Form the minced meat into small meatballs.
Step 2
Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the meatballs in it until golden brown. Pour water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the sautéed meatballs and cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the garlic and crush it lightly with the flat side of a knife. Wash fresh green beans, remove tough fibers and cut into pieces. Saute the garlic and beans in butter and add the vegetables to the meatball broth.
Step 4
Peel and dice the potatoes, celery and carrots. Add vegetables to the soup. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook the mass over medium heat for 40 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the soup sit for another 20 minutes.
