The uniqueness of this sandwich lies in the fact that it consists of several layers of bread and one or more layers of filling. A tuna sandwich is an incredibly tasty, satisfying, and most importantly, easy-to-prepare dish.
It is necessary
- - 4 slices of bread;
- - 350 g canned tuna (in its own juice);
- - 100 g of table mayonnaise;
- - 100 g of Swiss cheese;
- - one tomato;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- - 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - 20 g green onions;
- - 15 g of herbs (parsley and dill);
- - salt and pepper - optional.
Instructions
Step 1
Start by preparing the ingredients: finely chop the prepared herbs. Grate the chilled cheese on a coarse grater and cut the tomatoes into thin rings.
Step 2
Take a bowl and combine the tuna canned in its own juice, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped greens and onions in it.
Step 3
Place the filling on a slice of bread, then grated Swiss cheese, tomato slices, then cheese again (plenty).
Step 4
Spread butter on the second slice of bread and cover the sandwich.
Step 5
Place the prepared sandwich in a preheated skillet, butter side down. If desired, brush the top piece of bread again with a thin layer of butter.
Step 6
Fry the sandwich for 2 minutes over low heat on each side until golden brown.
