The main advantage of this tuna paste is its delicious taste. This simple dish can be prepared very quickly and taken with you on a picnic, on a hike, to work or training - wherever you go. The taste of the pasta is complemented by black ground pepper and Dijon mustard.
It is necessary
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - sugar - 1/2 tsp;
- - Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon;
- - light mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
- - tuna - 1 can.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine sugar, mustard and mayonnaise in a deep medium cup.
Step 2
Next, remove the tuna from the brine and mash it with a fork. If it's dry, add some brine to it and continue kneading.

Add prepared dressing to tuna, pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything well.

Transfer the resulting sandwich paste to a jar and close with a tight lid.

Place the container in the refrigerator. You should not store tuna sandwich paste for more than five days in the refrigerator, but it is better to use it in a day or two.

Spread the prepared pasta on grain bread. To enhance the taste and appearance, you can sprinkle the pasta sandwich with chopped olives and capers.
