  • - 0.5 liters of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of water;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of strong mustard;
  • - salt for an amateur.

Instructions

Step 1

Take any convenient deep container, drive one egg into it, put mustard there, pour in lemon juice, salt. Beat this mixture with a mixer, gradually pouring in the vegetable oil. It is better to take olive oil, if not, then sunflower oil is also suitable.

Step 2

The result is almost homemade mayonnaise. When it becomes very thick, add some cold water there, beat again with a mixer.

Step 3

Put canned tuna from a can in a container, you can pour in some juice from the can, continue to beat with a mixer. You can add some spice to the sauce: add pepper, chopped garlic or paprika.

Step 4

It is better to let the canned tuna sauce steep a little in the refrigerator (at least half an hour). You can put the sauce in a jar, close it and put it away and keep it in the refrigerator, just keep in mind that this sauce is not stored for more than 5 days.

Step 5

Tuna sauce can also be used as a dressing for salads, especially with fresh greens salad.
