Juicy and aromatic pork in pineapple looks very sophisticated on the festive table. Meanwhile, preparing this dish is quite simple.
It is necessary
- - 1 large pineapple;
- - 500 grams of pork with a small amount of fat;
- - 1 head of onion;
- - 300 grams of cheese;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 grams of mayonnaise;
- - vegetable oil 1-2 tablespoons;
- - salt, seasonings to taste;
- - cherry tomatoes, olives for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pineapple thoroughly, cut, without peeling, along with the tail. Carefully remove the pulp with a knife and spoon, cut into medium-sized cubes.
Step 2
Chop the pork finely. Cut 1/3 of the onion into rings and set aside for now, cut the rest into small cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork and onions. If there is a lot of fat in pork, then the amount of oil can be reduced. Add salt and seasoning at the end of frying.
Step 3
Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the garlic, mix with the cheese.
Step 4
Put in layers in each pineapple half: pork with onions, pineapple pulp, cheese with garlic. Grease the top with mayonnaise and arrange the onion rings nicely.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with foil, put pineapple halves. Wrap the pineapple tail in foil to prevent charring. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Decorate the finished dish with cherry tomatoes, cut in half; you can use olives and herbs instead.
