Sweet meat lovers will appreciate the baked pork with pineapple and cheese. The dish is prepared quite simply, and the result is simply great. The meat is aromatic, sweetish in taste and very juicy. This dish is best served with rice, but you can also eat it without a side dish.
It is necessary
- - pork 500 g
- - canned pineapples 1 can
- - hard cheese 200 g
- - salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
For the dish, it is best to take a loin - this is the back of the pork. There is no fat in it, but only one meat. If, nevertheless, fat will come across, then it must be cut off. Cut the pork into pieces no more than 1, 5 centimeters. Each layer must be slightly beaten off on both sides, so that when finished, the meat is more tender and can be easily chewed. Season the pork with salt, pepper, add spices for the meat and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Tinned pineapples must be cut into slices. But if you use this fruit in large cubes, then it must be finely chopped.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 4
Pour 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil into a baking dish and grease the bottom of the dish well, and then put the pork. Put pineapple slices on top. If the fruit is finely chopped, then put it one tablespoon for each piece of meat. Sprinkle everything generously with cheese.
Step 5
Bake pork for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Decorate the finished meat with a sprig of herbs and a slice of cherry tomato.
