Step 1
First, cut the bacon into small, even cubes. You will need about 100 grams of this product. Take a frying pan and put it on fire. And then fry the bacon in olive oil so that it does not burn or overcook.

Now take a medium saucepan and fill it with water. Add a little salt, put the pot on the fire and wait for the water to boil.
Step 3
Dip spaghetti into boiling water, which you need about 250 grams. Keep in mind that they should be slightly undercooked. That is, you need to remove the spaghetti from the water 1 minute before they are completely cooked.
Step 4
Now start cooking the special sauce. To do this, thoroughly mix 4 eggs and 100 ml of cream. Add some salt and pepper. Now beat this mass very well until it becomes smooth. After that, add 50 grams of parmesan previously grated on a fine grater into it.
Step 5
Chop 2 medium cloves of garlic finely and sauté in a skillet, taking care not to burn the garlic.
Step 6
Now pour the prepared spaghetti directly into the pan with garlic, mix everything well.
Step 7
When the spaghetti is a little hot, remove the pan from the stove and add the beaten egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and quickly. Now add the fried bacon there and pepper the whole dish.

Rub the parmesan over the carbonara paste before serving.
