To prepare pies from unleavened dough with sausage filling, it will not take much time, as, for example, for pies made from yeast dough, and great culinary skill, and the result will undoubtedly please.

It is necessary

    • For the test:
    • 1, 5 Art. flour;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 100-150 g sour cream;
    • 1 tsp Sahara;
    • 0.5 tsp salt;
    • 1 tsp soda.
    • For filling:
    • 300 g of boiled sausage;
    • 100-150 g of cheese;
    • fresh herbs;
    • ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Break an egg into a deep bowl and beat lightly. Add sour cream, sugar, salt and mix thoroughly. Combine baking soda with sifted flour and put in an egg and sour cream mixture. Mix thoroughly again. Add flour if necessary if the dough is thin. It should turn out to be gentle, soft and not stick to your hands. It is better to knead the almost finished dough on a table sprinkled with flour.

Step 2

Cut the boiled sausage into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater. You can also mince the sausage.

Step 3

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with chopped sausage. Add finely chopped fresh herbs, black ground pepper to the cheese and sausage mixture and stir. If you wish, you can put 2-3 teaspoons of sour cream or finely chopped clove of garlic in the filling.

Step 4

Form the finished dough into a thin sausage and cut into 2–3 cm thick pieces. Roll each dough piece into a circle approximately 3 mm thick. Place some filling in the center of the mug and pinch the opposite edges to make a pie.

Put the pies on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil or covered with special baking paper. Brush the pies with a lightly beaten egg and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Ready-made pies can be served, for example, as an appetizer for soups or broths.
