To prepare the filling, mix the condensed milk and sour cream. Melt dark chocolate in a water bath, adding 1 tbsp. l sour cream. Remove the prepared hot cheesecake from the oven and pour over the prepared filling from sour cream and condensed milk. Top with melted chocolate and sour cream. Use a toothpick or pastry brush to paint streaks on the chocolate for the beauty of the final product. Put the form on the window to cool. During this time, the filling will harden, and the cake can be served.
