Recipe for Zebra pie on kefir

Beat 2 eggs with 3 tablespoons of sugar until a white fluffy mass is formed. The butter is melted in a water bath and cooled until warm. The butter is gradually added to the eggs and the mixture is whisked thoroughly.

Sifted wheat flour is added to the mixture in small portions. The dough is mixed after each serving. Add soda to kefir and beat until completely dissolved, as well as the formation of bubbles.
