It is necessary
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. granulated sugar;
- - 120 g sour cream;
- - 150 g of oil;
- - 2 tbsp. flour;
- - cocoa;
- - 10 g baking powder;
- - powdered sugar for sprinkling.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs into a cup, add granulated sugar and beat until a white foam is formed. Add sour cream, butter, and baking powder. Mix all ingredients well.
Step 2
Add flour, stirring constantly to avoid clumping. Stir well until smooth.
Step 3
Divide the dough into two parts. Add cocoa to one part.
Step 4
Anoint the multicooker mold with oil. Lay out the dough carefully in different layers.
Step 5
Place on baking mode (usually 40 minutes).
Step 6
Turn the cake over and place for another 15-20 minutes, in order to bake the top.
Step 7
Take out the finished cake, put on a plate and decorate with powdered sugar.
