The multicooker can make great pies. They can be with a wide variety of fillings: apples, bananas, cabbage, etc. At the same time, no special skills or efforts are required to cook a pie in a multicooker: you just need to put the dough in a bowl and this wonderful technique will do the rest.
It is necessary
- lemon juice and zest;
- turmeric - 1 pinch;
- apples - 2 pcs;
- baking powder - 2 tsp;
- vanilla sugar - 1.5 tsp;
- eggs - 2 pcs;
- sugar - 120 g;
- butter or margarine - 120 g;
- flour - 160 g.
Instructions
Step 1
To make a pie in a slow cooker, whisk the sugar and butter using a mixer or two forks. Then add vanilla sugar and eggs. Then mix everything well.
Step 2
Peel the apples and cut into small pieces, you can dice. Add lemon zest and juice to them, sprinkle with two teaspoons of sugar and stir.
Step 3
Add the apple pieces to the butter and egg mixture and mix well. Add flour, turmeric, and baking powder. Stir well again. The dough should be very soft.
Step 4
Grease a bowl in a multicooker with oil, place the dough in it. Set the "Bake" mode, and the time is 60 minutes. Brush the top of the pie with apricot jam and sprinkle with almond petals.
Step 5
You managed to make a great pie in the slow cooker. When it cools slightly, you can serve it along with coffee, tea or compote.
