The advantage of this kefir pie is that it is prepared in a matter of minutes and turns out to be incredibly tasty and light. Even an inexperienced cook can handle it.

Ingredients:

  • 1, 5 cups flour;
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • vanillin;
  • 1 glass of sour fruits or berries;
  • 200 ml of kefir;
  • 1 tsp soda;
  • egg;
  • sunflower oil for mold lubrication.

Preparation:

  1. Pour granulated sugar into a sufficiently deep container and pour kefir into the same place. Mix everything well and add the chicken egg.
  2. Then prepare the flour. To do this, it is necessary to sift it, and then pour vanillin into it and mix everything. Next, the flour is poured into the kefir mass and everything is mixed. To make your dough have a uniform structure, you can use a mixer or a whisk (at your discretion).
  3. Next, you need to prepare berries or fruits. They should be sorted out, removing the unripe and rotten ones, then rinse everything thoroughly and let the water drain. After that, they must be cut into small pieces. Do not forget to remove the core and seeds from fruits, and it is also advisable to cut off the skin from them.
  4. Gently mix the prepared fruit or berry mass into the dough. Soda is added at the very end. It should definitely be extinguished. If you don't have vinegar or lemon juice, citric acid can also be substituted.
  5. The form from the multicooker must be thoroughly greased with vegetable oil. Then, you just need to pour the well-kneaded pie dough into it. Set the "Baking" mode on the multicooker. Delicious and incredibly tender cake will be ready in about 40-45 minutes.
  6. Multicooker pies tend to have a very pale top crust. If this does not suit you, then there are two ways to correct this "flaw". So the first way is very simple. You need to turn the finished pie upside down (since the bottom is fried) and serve in this form. The second way is to turn the dessert directly in the form of a multicooker and bake it (a few minutes will be enough).

The cooled cake can be served at the table. Aromatic tea and delicious jam are perfect for it.
