Many people make only jam, jams and marshmallows from it, and this is because not everyone knows that very tasty pies are obtained from these berries, which anyone can easily cook. You will need:

- three eggs;

- 50 grams of butter;

- 150 grams of granulated sugar;

- a bag of vanillin;

- 150 grams of flour;

- a teaspoon of baking powder;

- a glass of raspberries;

- some powdered sugar to decorate the cake.

Take pre-chilled eggs (for better whipping), separate the whites from the yolks and beat them with a mixer in a fluffy foam, gradually adding sand (about 100 grams) mixed with vanilla to the mass. In a separate bowl, grind the yolks with the remaining sugar until white, then transfer the resulting mixture to the protein foam and mix (you need to stir gently so that the foam does not settle). Melt the butter, cool it slightly and pour into the egg mass, add flour (it must be sifted) and baking powder. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil, then pour half of the prepared dough into it, and then put the raspberries sorted out from the garbage on the dough and fill them with the remaining dough. Adjust the cooking appliance to bake for an hour and close the lid of the kitchen appliance. After the beep sounds, turn off the multiturn, but do not open the lid of the device. Let the cake stand for 15 minutes, then remove it, garnish with powdered sugar if desired, cut into portions and serve with a cup of hot tea. The aroma of raspberry pie prepared according to this recipe will leave no one indifferent.

Sand cake with raspberries in a slow cooker

You will need:

- 1, 5 glasses of flour;

- 150 grams of margarine;

- 100 grams of fresh raspberries;

- one apple;

- a glass of sand;

- a pinch of baking powder;

- two tablespoons of water.

Take a bowl with high sides, put the margarine in it, cut it into pieces with a sharp knife, add flour and gently mash everything with a fork until crumbled. After that, add sugar, baking powder, water to the resulting mass and roll a ball out of the dough. Put the finished dough into the multicooker bowl, knead it with your hands along the bottom of the mold and form the sides.

Rinse the apples (pears can also be used in this recipe, but they should be slightly unripe), peel and cut into thin slices. Sort out the raspberries from the garbage. Place the apple slices on the dough and the raspberries on top of them. Sprinkle the sugar over the cake and bake with the lid of the multicooker closed for 40 minutes in the "bake" mode. Serve the finished cake hot.
