Step 1

Cook the beans until cooked through. Be sure to salt the water during cooking. Then put the beans in a colander and set aside to cool. Let the semolina brew for 10 - 15 minutes in cold water. Grind the egg with cottage cheese. Pour in yogurt while stirring.
