Semolina pie is very easy and simple to prepare. It will suit any table, both festive and family tea. The pie turns out to be very fragrant, beautiful and incredibly tasty.
You will need:
1 tbsp. semolina, 1 tbsp. kefir or yogurt, 2/3 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt without a slide, 1 tsp. soda slaked with vinegar, 2 eggs, 1 bag of vanillin, 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, 100 gr. fresh or frozen berries (wild berries, cranberries, viburnum, sea buckthorn, cherry), 1 can of boiled condensed milk.
Pour semolina, sugar, salt and vanillin into a bowl. Mix all this well and pour in kefir, scrambled eggs, quenched soda. Mix all this well again.
Grease a frying pan or baking sheet with vegetable oil. If you want the berries to remain when baking from above, then pour the dough into a pan or baking sheet and sprinkle the berries on top. In another case, add the berries while kneading.
We send our pie into a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees. We bake for 30-40 minutes. Until golden brown. After the cake has cooled, cut it into cakes, put it on a dish, soak it with syrup and coat it with condensed milk.
