Prepare the chicken breast, remove it from the refrigerator beforehand, let it thaw.

Make a brine, dilute salt and sugar in a container with water. Dip the meat into the composition, cover the dishes with a lid and send to the refrigerator. After a day, rinse the chicken breast in running water, sprinkle with the selected spices and wrap with cling film as tight as possible.

In a saucepan, heat the water to 70-80 degrees. Place the wrapped meat in it. Cook over medium heat for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the finished chicken breast from the water, rinse under running cold water and chill in the refrigerator.
