Aldente vegetables can be boiled and sautéed. Soups, stews and carbonara are made with them. The most common cooking method is to boil all the vegetables together or each one separately. A frozen vegetable mixture is also suitable for this. For the dish, you can buy almost any vegetables: cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, broccoli, carrots, green beans, zucchini, etc. For a richer taste, you can add salt, black pepper, marjoram, ginger or cumin.

First, cook the vegetables, but reduce the cooking time by 2 minutes. Separate the green beans as they need more time in the boiling water. Pour cold water into a deep dish, pour boiled vegetables into it and throw ice cubes over them. We serve the finished dish to the table, before that it can be seasoned with olive oil and sprinkled with chopped herbs.

Thanks to this method, vegetables will be not only crispy, but also very aromatic. In a skillet, you can fry cauliflower, carrots and green beans, and choose ginger, cumin, sesame seeds, garlic and white mustard as a seasoning. Sprouted wheat grains will not interfere with this dish, but they can not be added.

Cook vegetables for 2 minutes, but you need to be careful so that they do not become soft. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, then put ginger, garlic and sesame seeds, and then pour vegetables. Simmer the mixture for 8 minutes, and at the last minute you can increase the heat and lightly fry the dish.

Other vegetables are cooked in a frying pan, they also turn out to be crispy. For frying, you can buy zucchini, onions, bell peppers. Cut vegetables into large strips, fry in a pan with vegetable oil, then add balsamic vinegar and fry for another 2 minutes.
