- - 2 tsp dijon mustard;
- - 15 g buckwheat honey;
- - 20 ml of vegetable or olive oil;
- - sea salt, ground pepper, dried dill - to taste.

Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Crush or chop the garlic. Fry the gruel in hot oil until golden brown. Add salt and black pepper there. Remove the garlic from the oil and lightly fry the chicken pieces in it. Cook for no longer than 5 minutes to keep the meat juicy.

Dry the washed cabbage with a napkin, cut its leaves into thin strips. Peel the apple and pepper, cut into strips. You must first remove the skin from the apple and sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not darken. Place vegetables in a salad bowl. Add the fried chicken fillet to these. Stir.
