The liver has always been a budget option for meat in the kitchen. But with the right approach, you can make very sophisticated and delicious dishes from it. For example, we will try to make a salad with liver and prunes. Little time is spent on cooking, and the taste will impress any sophisticated gourmet.
It is necessary
- pork or chicken liver - 320 g;
- walnuts;
- mayonnaise;
- prunes - 160 g;
- hard cheese - 220 g;
- onions - 3 pcs;
- carrots - 3 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
To make liver salad, chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and then fry in a pan until golden brown using vegetable oil. Sprinkle with nutmeg and salt.
Step 2
Next, rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Steam the prunes and then chop finely. Finely chop the pre-cooked liver into pieces. Place in a salad bowl or flat plate in the first layer.
Step 3
Next, the liver salad is laid out in the following order: fried carrots and onions, grated cheese and prunes. Remember to generously coat each layer with mayonnaise.

The liver salad is ready, you can eat it right away or put it in the refrigerator for a while for soaking.
