It is necessary

    • ground beef 700 g;
    • onion 2 pcs;
    • tomatoes or tomatoes in their own juice 700 g;
    • dry red wine 200 g;
    • fresh basil;
    • garlic 5-6 cloves;
    • olive oil;
    • salt;
    • pepper;
    • parmesan cheese;
    • spaghetti or other kind of pasta 500 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Start with the bolognese sauce. You will need a deep skillet (saucepan). Peel two onions, chop them finely. Add two tablespoons of olive oil to a saucepan, heat over high heat and fry the onion until soft. Add minced meat to it and stir.

Step 2

Take a large fork and mash the minced meat lumps in a saucepan. At the same time, remember to stir it so that it roasts evenly. Knead the lumps as thoroughly as possible, in the end you should get a homogeneous mass. Only after that you can proceed with further actions.

Step 3

Measure out two hundred grams of good dry red wine and pour it into a saucepan. Fry the minced meat with wine over medium heat for a few minutes until all alcohol has evaporated.

Step 4

Rinse a couple of basil sprigs under cold running water and shake off any moisture. Separate the leaves from the branches, discard the last. Chop the remaining basil as small as possible with a knife. Add it to a saucepan, reduce heat to low.

Step 5

Peel the garlic, chop each clove with a knife. Collect all the garlic in one pile and run the blade over it again. Add the resulting mass to the meat, stir the mixture.

Step 6

Prepare the tomatoes. If you are making pasta in the summer or early fall, then you can use fresh tomatoes. Dip them in boiling water for a few seconds, making a pre-cruciform incision on each. Peel, cut the tomatoes into large cubes and chop in a blender until puree. If the bolognese is prepared in winter, then it is better to use canned tomatoes in their own juice. Remove them from the jar, peel them off. Then put in a blender with juice and puree.

Step 7

Add the tomato puree to the meat mixture, stir and simmer covered over low heat for about one and a half to two hours. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Step 8

Put a pot of water on a high heat, wait until it boils and add salt. Put the pasta (pasta) in boiling water and cook until al dente - about ten minutes (see package for exact numbers). Discard the finished pasta in a colander, let the water drain.

Step 9

Add the pasta to the sauce, stir and place on bowls.

Step 10

Grate Parmesan, sprinkle on each serving.
