Pasta itself is a pretty satisfying dish. Salmon is a fatty fish that is very beneficial for the human body. Its fat is easily digested and adds energy to a person, not calories.
Therefore, this dish is recommended for the cold season, when the body needs more energy.
It is necessary
- • 250 g of hard pasta;
- • 500 g of salmon;
- • 400 g of fresh tomatoes;
- • 150 g of onions or leeks;
- • Greens, preferably basil;
- • Half a lemon;
- • Spices;
- • olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
We start with vegetables. If you decide to use leeks, then cut into half rings, chopped onions into cubes.
Step 2
Pour tomatoes over with boiling water or keep them in a steam bath for 10 minutes. Then remove the peel from them and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Step 3
We also cut fresh salmon into cubes. Salmon can be replaced with trout. Trout is more, dietary fish.
Step 4
In a large skillet, fry the onions until golden brown and add the tomatoes. 9 minutes after the tomatoes, add salmon or trout and fry for the same amount of time.
Step 5
Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon and pour over the salmon in a frying pan. Only now add salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Basil works well.
Step 6
They took them out of the fire and got busy with pasta. Since there is now a large selection of pasta, choose a fairly large size to match the pieces of fish. Boil the pasta until cooked through, strain and place on a plate.
Step 7
Now add the salmon with tomatoes and stir. You can also place the fish on top of the pasta and serve without stirring. This dish tastes good even when cold. Only the fish gets drier when it cools.
