Let's start with the test. Beat the softened butter with sugar in a mixer until fluffy and light. Add egg and chopped banana, mix until smooth.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough (don't forget to sift the flour). Add half the buttermilk and then half the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Stir and add the remaining half of the buttermilk and flour. Put in tins, bake for about half an hour. Cool down.
Step 3
Making a cream. Beat the butter white, add the cream cheese and beat again. Add powdered sugar and peanut butter, mix until smooth. We transfer to a pastry syringe and decorate the cooled cupcakes. Enjoy your tea!
