A quick lunch or dinner is very easy to prepare. To do this, you need simple vegetables (potatoes, carrots and onions), as well as some minced meat. The yummy is being prepared quickly enough, faster than you think.

  • - 150 g minced meat,
  • - 1 carrot,
  • - 1 onion,
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • - 0, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - ground black pepper to taste
  • - fresh herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro or green onions) to taste for garnish.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse and peel vegetables. Wash greens to decorate the finished dish, dry and set aside.

Step 2

Heat some vegetable or sunflower oil in a skillet or saucepan. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes. Saute the onions until tender (usually three minutes over medium heat).

Step 3

Cut the peeled carrots into strips. Add the carrots to the onions in the pan, stir, fry the vegetables over medium heat for a minute.

Step 4

Put minced meat in a frying pan with vegetables, season with salt and black pepper (if desired, you can add your favorite spices). Minced meat for this dish can be either from one type of meat, or mixed. Cover and simmer for five minutes.

Step 5

Add half a tablespoon of tomato paste to the minced meat, stir until smooth, simmer for two minutes.

Step 6

Cut the potatoes into pieces of any size. Do not cut the potatoes very coarsely; medium-sized pieces or sticks are sufficient. Add the potatoes to the minced meat and stir, cover, cook for 20 minutes. Serve the finished dish in portioned plates with garlic croutons, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
