Step 1
Peel the bananas, cut each into two halves.

Mix water with starch, add flour, olive oil. Separate the yolk from the protein, send the protein into the mixture (we do not need the yolk).

Take a frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the vegetable oil in it.
Step 4
Dip the banana halves in the resulting batter, fry until golden brown on all sides.

Mix honey with lemon juice, heat this mixture a little over low heat.
