  • - 200 g of berries;
  • - 2 pcs. medium banana;
  • - 40 ml of flower honey;
  • - 1 g vanillin.

Step 1

Take 200 g of different berries. The main thing is not to overdo it and do not take more than three five different berries. This recipe combines berries such as raspberries, strawberries, wild strawberries, cherries, red, white and black currants well. You can also use the pulp of a sweet watermelon or melon with great success. If you set out to cook a sorbet from watermelon and bananas or melons and bananas, do not add other berries, this can spoil the taste.

Step 2

Rinse the berries in cold running water. Place them in a fine sieve or colander to drain the water completely. Sort out the berries if necessary. Remove leaves, stalks, twigs.

Step 3

Wash bananas well, peel and cut into small pieces. Take a tray or cutting board and line it with parchment paper. Gently spread the sliced banana and berries on the paper. It is important that the berries and banana pieces do not come into contact with each other. Place the tray with berries in the freezer for 1.5-2 hours. The berries should freeze completely. If there is a cherry among the berries, remove the seeds from it first.

Step 4

Whisk the cream, honey and vanillin well in a mixer. Add frozen berries. Whisk again, but not hard. Divide into molds. Refrigerate for another hour. The finished sorbet can be served in molds or made into ice-cream balls and sprinkled with nuts.
