There are so many grated homemade pies. Each is tasty and original in its own way. This cake includes chocolate dough and cherries, which is a classic food pairing. A little effort, a little free time and a delicious guest is ready for tea.

- -1 egg,

- -400 grams of cottage cheese,
- -2 eggs,
- -4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- -2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
- For the berry layer:
- -400 grams of cherries,
- -2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- -1, 5 Art. tablespoons of starch or 1 heaping spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
My cherries, carefully remove the seeds and cut in half, transfer to a saucepan. We fill the berries with sugar and starch, boil a little. Remove the berries from heat and leave to cool.
Step 2
Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, sugar, a pinch of salt and cocoa. Add cold pieces of butter to the flour, grind to crumbs. Introduce the egg into the crumb and mix well. The dough should gather into a lump, if it is not possible to collect, then add a spoonful of water.
Step 3
From two thirds of the dough, shape the bottom and sides (4 cm high) according to the baking dish. We remove the mold and the remaining dough in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Preparing the filling for the pie.
Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl. Add cottage cheese along with sugar and flour, mix until smooth.
Step 5
We take out the form with the dough from the refrigerator. Put the berries on the dough, fill in two-thirds. Put the filling on the berries. Put the remaining berries on top of the filling. Sprinkle the grated remaining dough on the berries.
Step 6
We heat the oven to 200 degrees. We bake the cake for about 35 minutes. Let the finished pie cool, then cut into portions and serve with tea.
