Step 1
Leave the butter at room temperature for 40 minutes - 1 hour. It should become soft. Place the chocolate in the freezer.

Beat the butter and icing sugar with a whisk or mixer on low speed until light and fluffy. Add 2 eggs and continue beating.

Pour baking soda, salt, cinnamon and flour into the egg-cream mixture, knead the dough. It should turn out to be plastic, not liquid. If the dough sticks to your hands, add a little more flour.
Step 4
Grate frozen chocolate or chop with a knife. Add the chocolate chips to the dough.
Step 5
Grind the almonds with a blender or crush, add to the dough.
Step 6
Make a ball out of the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Turn the oven on to heat up to 170 ° C.
Step 7
Form chilled dough into balls and balls into tortillas. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-14 minutes.
