Ricotta is a dairy product, originally from Italy. Some people like to take it for cheese. This product is made from whey left over from other cheeses. Therefore, ricotta is very light, gentle and healthy. It is used as a basis for desserts, added to salads, hot dishes.

It is necessary

  • Ricotta dairy product - 400 g,
  • Wheat flour, premium grade - 3 tablespoons,
  • Chicken egg - 4 pcs.,
  • Banana - 1 pc.,
  • Walnut kernel - 50 g,
  • Baking powder - 0.5 tsp,
  • Granulated sugar - 150 g,
  • Vanillin - on the tip of a knife
  • Milk - 3 tablespoons,
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

Step 1

In a deep bowl, beat the ricotta with one egg, 100 grams of sugar and milk.

Step 2

Prepare the form, line it with oiled baking paper (tracing paper).

Step 3

Distribute the curd mass in the form, set aside for a while.

Step 4

Wash the remaining eggs, divide into whites and yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar, add vanillin.

Step 5

Beat the banana separately, add the nuts chopped with a knife to it. Combine the banana mixture with the beaten egg yolks. Next, add flour and baking powder to this mixture.

Step 6

Whisk the whites until they peaks, i.e. achieve an increase in them three times. Mix them gently with the main egg mixture.

Step 7

Spread the finished dough over the curd mass. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 8

Sprinkle the powdered sugar on a towel. Put the finished biscuit on a towel, turning it over from the mold. Roll the curd filling inside. Leave to cool for a while. Then decorate to your liking. It can be chocolate or lemon with gelatin.
