Ingredients:

  • 700 g minced meat (beef is recommended);
  • 5 potato tubers;
  • 3 medium carrots;
  • 70 g of cow oil;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • ½ cup pre-cooked rice;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 1 cup chopped fresh champignons
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ground black pepper and salt.

Preparation:

  1. Potato tubers should be peeled and rinsed thoroughly. Then, using a sharp knife, they are cut into slices or cubes of not very large size (otherwise they will not have time to bake). Everything is folded into a small cup.
  2. Carrots should also be peeled and washed. Then it is cut into small pieces. Place in a separate cup.
  3. Next, you should start preparing meatballs. To do this, put boiled rice groats in the minced meat and mix everything thoroughly. Pre-peeled and finely chopped onion is also added there. Garlic cloves are also peeled, crushed and put into minced meat. Also add the right amount of black pepper and salt. Everything needs to be mixed well. Then you should make round meatballs from the minced meat.
  4. The oil must be mixed with the rosemary.
  5. Spread out the foil and place parchment paper on top of it. After that, start laying out the products, taking into account that three meatballs should come out for each serving. Divide the prepared vegetables evenly into each serving, and do not forget to sprinkle them with barbecue sauce, salt and add rosemary oil.
  6. Then carefully wrap the foil over and place on a baking sheet. The meatballs should be baked at 180 degrees for about a third of an hour (maybe a little longer).
  7. In case you decide to cook a dish over a fire, then for this food in foil should be put in hot coals (there should be no fire). The dish will be ready after a very pleasant aroma appears.
