Chebureks are one of the most popular street food dishes. They are sold almost at every turn. It is satisfying, fast and convenient. However, pasties can be both a festive dish and an excellent homemade dinner. Classic pasties are made with meat filling, but sometimes potatoes, mushrooms and other unsweetened fillings are put in them. The basis of any baking is dough, and pasties in this sense are no exception.

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of vodka;
- 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions
Step 1
Pour one and a half glasses of cold water into a small bowl. Add salt and sugar there and stir until dissolved. Sift flour. Place it in a slide on the table. Make a groove at the top. Pour the sugar and salt solution into the well. Add a teaspoon of vodka and vegetable oil.
Step 2
Knead the dough. Stir until smooth and elastic. The dough for pasties must be kneaded several times. Having received a homogeneous mass, mold it into a neat and not very dense lump. Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a dry napkin.
Step 3
After letting the dough stand for half an hour or an hour, knead it again and mold it into a lump. Cover the second time with a napkin and leave for another half hour. Repeat the procedure a couple more times.
Step 4
Roll out the finished dough into a thin flat cake. Its thickness should not exceed 3 mm. You can cut the blanks using a saucer. You should get circles with a diameter of 15-18 cm. The size is not critical, you can make pasties both larger and smaller.
Step 5
For minced meat for this amount of dough, you will need 600 g of meat. This can be lamb, pork, or beef. You can make minced meat from two or even three types of meat. Cut the meat into pieces and mince it. Add the ground onion and herbs (they can also be minced), salt, pepper. Dilute the minced meat with milk, it should turn out to be semi-liquid. Mix everything well. Put 1 tablespoon of minced meat in the middle of a mug with a diameter of 15 cm.
