Diet cookies are a real salvation for those who want to relax in a warm company over a cup of tea without thinking about calories. For all its usefulness, these cookies are not inferior in taste to their rich and not always useful counterparts.
In addition to low-calorie content, the body's receipt of such useful substances as fiber, vitamins of group B and E also belongs to the pluses of dietary cookies. For its preparation, some rare overseas products are not needed at all. It is prepared from the most common natural ingredients quickly and easily.
Diet oat-pineapple cookies
To make oatmeal pineapple cookies, you need the following products:
- oatmeal - 4 glasses;
- pineapple - 300 g;
- wheat flour - 2 glasses;
- apple juice - 1 glass;
- baking soda - 2 tsp;
- cinnamon - 1 tsp;
- milk (skim) - ½ cup;
- egg whites - 3 pcs.
For cookies, it is best to use instant oatmeal (which does not need to be boiled). In a deep bowl, combine flour, baking soda and finely chopped pineapple. Pour the resulting mixture with milk. Mix everything very well. Add oatmeal, stir and leave for 5 minutes to swell. Pour in apple juice and stir again with a spoon from bottom to top.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until firm peaks are obtained. Form portions of the oat-pineapple mixture and dip each of them into the protein mass. Spoon onto a baking sheet. The baking sheet should be pre-greased with vegetable oil or covered with parchment. Bake at a temperature of 150-180 ° C for 10-15 minutes. Serve cooled cookies to the table.
Cottage cheese and banana cookies
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese (fat-free) - 100g;
- banana - 1 pc.;
- oatmeal - 100g;
- raisins (any dried fruits) - 50g.
Grate the banana in a blender or mince it. If you are using crumbly curd, it is better to first rub it through a sieve or beat with a blender to obtain a homogeneous mass. Pour raisins (dried fruits) with hot water (not boiling water) for 10 minutes. Drain the water, dry the raisins on a paper towel.
Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous mass. Leave the dough for 15 minutes to swell the flakes. With a tablespoon or hands soaked in cold water, put the cookies on a baking sheet (previously covered with parchment).
Bake in a preheated oven until crust appears (approximately 20 minutes). Remove the cookies from the baking sheet when they are completely cool.
Diet cheese biscuits
Ingredients:
- processed cheese - 2 pcs.;
- wheat flour - 2 glasses;
- sugar - ½ cup;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
Processed curds must first be put in the freezer for 1-2 hours. After freezing, grate them on a coarse grater. Add the egg and sugar to the cheese, mix thoroughly. Quench the baking soda with vinegar. Add to the cheese and egg mass.
Sift flour to oxygenate, add 1 glass of flour to the dough, mix. Add the second glass of flour gradually, while constantly stirring the dough. The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps. The amount of flour should be looked at by the state of the dough. It should not be very steep, but also not spread, so that it can be rolled out with a rolling pin.
Roll out the finished dough into a layer 5-8 mm thick, cut out molds from it (to your taste and color). Transfer the cookies to a greased baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Bake cookies at 180-200 ° C until golden brown.
