    • chopped dill
    • a pinch of dried thyme

Instructions

Step 1

To cook fried fish, take the fillets, rinse and dry. It is better to take unfrozen fish, otherwise the pieces may fall apart during frying. Prepare a frying paste: chop mint leaves, squeeze lemon juice, grate ginger, squeeze garlic. Add to this a teaspoon of turmeric, salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly until a paste. Heat a skillet with a little vegetable oil, place the fish chunks on it and start frying. Dip the brush periodically into the paste and grease the fish. Cook the fish quickly, fry it for a total of 5 minutes on each side. The main thing is not to overdry the dish. Serve with boiled rice and vegetables.

Step 2

Fish with turmeric and potatoes, in yoghurt sauce can be baked in the oven. Peel the fish from scales and fins, rinse thoroughly, dry and cut into portions. Prepare the filling: add grated garlic and ginger, turmeric, dried mint and chili to the yogurt, salt and mix thoroughly. Place the fish in the sauce and leave to soak for 40 minutes. At this time, boil the whole potatoes in salted water so that they do not boil. Then drain the water, cool and cut it into 2 cm thick slices. Remove the fish from the sauce, which you will then pour on top, put it together with the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Turmeric can be used as a sauce component for cooked fish, such as fried pike perch. Take a fresh fish fillet, rinse and dry it, then cut into large pieces. Sprinkle inside and out with pepper, salt and lemon juice. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry the fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side over high heat. Remove the fish from the pan, add a tablespoon of flour to the remaining oil from frying, fry it a little and pour out a glass of water, boil the resulting mixture so that the water becomes 2 times less. Add turmeric and thyme to the sauce, bring to a boil and turn off. Pour ground black pepper and chopped dill into the sauce. Pour the prepared sauce over the fish and serve. Boiled potatoes are suitable as a side dish.
