    • 50 g of soy meat;
    • 3 tbsp. water;
    • salt to taste.
    • Thai style chicken curry:
    • 1 bay leaf;
    • 4 pods of cardamom;
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric;
    • 1 tsp curry;
    • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 shallots;
    • 300 g brown jasmine rice;
    • 60 ml coconut milk;
    • 4 skinless chicken breasts;
    • 1 cinnamon stick;
    • 3 tsp soy sauce;
    • 1 tsp miso paste;
    • 250 ml of water.
    • Curry Rice with Orange:
    • 1/2 tbsp. long grain rice;
    • 1 tbsp. water;
    • 1 head of onion;
    • 1 orange;
    • 1 tbsp butter;
    • 1/2 tsp curry powder;
    • ground black pepper;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Curry rice Rinse the rice and let it sit in water for 30-40 minutes. Drain the water and pour 1, 5 cups of hot water over the cereal, add a tablespoon of curry powder and salt to your taste. Put on fire and cook like regular rice for 12 minutes over medium heat, then reduce heat, cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave to rise, covered in a warm place (the resulting side dish goes well with chicken, fried pork, fish, and can also be used as an ingredient in salads).

Curry Rice with Soy Meat Pour 2.5 cups water into a skillet or saucepan, heat to a boil. Rinse the rice and place in boiling water. Peel and chop the carrots. Mix carrots with rice.

Step 3

Add 1 tablespoon curry, stir. Soak the soy meat in 0.5 cups of hot water with 1 tablespoon of curry and salt. After 3 minutes, put the soy meat together with water in a pan with rice, pour over everything with vegetable oil, stir and cook until the water has completely evaporated.

Step 4

Chicken Thai Curry Rice Heat the coconut milk in a large saucepan with a lid, add the ginger, chopped shallots and garlic, and cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Free the skin and bones of the chicken breasts, place in the coconut milk, turn the heat up, and simmer until the chicken is brown. Stir curry and turmeric, sprinkle over chicken.

Step 5

Add rice, add soy sauce, miso paste and water and stir well. Add cardamom pods, bay leaves, and a cinnamon stick. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for 30-35 minutes, until rice is tender.

Step 6

Remove from heat, but do not open the lid within 10 minutes. Toss the rice with a fork, remove the cardamom pods, bay leaves and cinnamon. Serve warm.

Step 7

Orange Curry Rice Place the rice in boiling salted water, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Loosen the boiled rice. Chop the onion, sauté in butter, season with curry, salt and pepper.

Step 8

Divide the orange into slices, peel off the films. Mix onion and orange slices with rice, pepper and heat. When serving, place the rice on a dish and decorate with herbs.
