The aromatic curry sauce gives an original flavor and vibrant color to many dishes through a mixture of crushed dried spices. Curry is especially suitable for lamb, chicken and rice. It can be prepared quickly and tasty.

- 1 onion
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour
- a glass of broth
- 2 tbsp. scoops of curry powder
- 1 apple
- teaspoon of lemon juice
- tsp ready-made mustard
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream
Instructions
Step 1
Peel one onion and 1-2 cloves of garlic. Chop them finely and fry in 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Step 2
When the onion turns golden brown, slowly add 1 tablespoon of flour to it and continue to fry for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula.
Step 3
Remove the curry sauce from the stove. Pour in a glass of meat broth and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Then add two tablespoons of curry powder and stir again.

Put the saucepan on the stove again, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

During this time, the washed apple is peeled, rubbed on a fine grater and added to the boiling sauce.
Step 6
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and pour one teaspoon into the almost finished sauce, put one teaspoon of prepared mustard in the sauce for a pungent taste.

And finally, season the curry sauce with two tablespoons of cream. After which it is ready and can be served hot.
