Eggs with a cheese-lentil filling are a simple appetizer, but thanks to the combination of lentils and cheese, it gets a charming spicy taste. It is also important that such an appetizer looks very interesting on any table, and you just want to taste these beautiful yellow balls!
It is necessary
- - 6 eggs;
- - 2 egg whites;
- - 60 g lentils;
- - 40 g of hard cheese;
- - walnuts;
- - bread crumbs, flour;
- - pepper, salt, vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil hard boiled eggs, peel, cut each egg in half. Remove the yolks carefully. Boil lentils until tender, mix with walnuts and yolks.

Grind lentils with other ingredients using a blender, salt and pepper to taste.

Fill the egg halves with this filling. Whisk the egg whites until firm. Grate cheese, mix with bread crumbs.
Step 4
Dip the eggs in flour, then in egg white with cheese mass.

Fry the eggs in vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides. You can serve the appetizer cold or warm.
