Trout dishes are prepared in an elementary way, but they turn out to be very tasty. The whole secret is in juicy tender meat. It is less fatty than, for example, salmon, and therefore is absorbed quickly. Grilled trout is a great addition to any menu.
It is necessary
-
- trout;
- lemon juice;
- flour;
- salt;
- spice;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of rapeseed oil;
- dill;
- parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your trout properly. It must first be thoroughly washed, slightly acidified with lemon juice and salt. Whole fish should also be scaled. In order to make this process extremely easy, you can even use a special fish scaler, which is not a problem to buy today.
Step 2
Bones are very annoying when eating fish and deprive you of the joy of enjoying its taste. To avoid this, you need to peel the fish, feel the bones in its pulp with your fingertips and pull them out with tweezers or special fish bone tweezers.
Step 3
Cut the trout into pieces. Sprinkle the trout with lemon juice and salt. To prevent the trout from sticking to the bottom of the pan, dust it with flour and then shake off the excess.
Step 4
Fry the trout in a non-stick skillet. Use rapeseed oil, which is very healthy, has a positive effect on blood cholesterol levels and contains a lot of vitamin E. Season with spices. White and lemon peppers go well with fish. You can also use other spices to complement and emphasize the taste of the fish. These are basil, anise, coriander, marjoram, thyme and lemon balm (peppermint). Cook each steak for 5 minutes on one side and the same amount on the other.
Step 5
Before serving, garnish the fish with chopped herbs - dill, parsley.
