Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a dough dough. To do this, pour warm milk into a large saucepan and stir in the yeast. Mix everything well to completely dissolve the yeast. Add one tablespoon of sugar and half a glass of flour. Stir everything again and place the dough in a warm place to rise.
Step 2
Melt the butter. Stir eggs with sugar, vanilla and salt in a separate bowl. Add all the ingredients to the matched brew. Mix everything well. Then you need to knead the dough, adding sifted flour. The dough should be well behind the sides of the pot and from your hands.
Step 3
Add the washed and sprigged raisins. If desired, you can also add chopped walnuts and candied fruits.
Step 4
Transfer the finished dough to oiled tins, filling them halfway through. You can wrap the mold inside with parchment paper so that the cakes do not burn or run out of the mold. Let the dough rise and then bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes. The cake is removed from the mold when it cools down.
Step 5
Brush ready-made cakes with powdered whites and powdered sugar fondant. Garnish with special colored sprinkles or marmalade slices.
