It is necessary

    • 9 eggs;
    • 2, 5 cups granulated sugar;
    • 3 teaspoons of baking soda;
    • vinegar;
    • 3 cups flour;
    • 2 bananas;
    • 2 kiwi;
    • 350 g butter;
    • 1 can (380 g) condensed milk;
    • berry syrup.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the biscuit dough. To do this, beat 3 eggs with 0.75 glasses of granulated sugar with a mixer. During whipping, the mass should increase by 2-3 times, and the sand should completely dissolve.

Step 2

Extinguish 1 level teaspoon of baking soda with vinegar and add to the batter. Stir everything well. When baking a biscuit, baking soda can be replaced with the same amount of baking powder for the dough, mixing it with flour.

Step 3

Pour 1 cup flour into the sugar and egg mass and knead the dough.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Pour the dough over it.

Step 5

Bake the sponge cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.

Step 6

Gently remove the finished biscuit cake from the mold and leave to cool.

Step 7

Bake 2 more biscuits.

Step 8

Prepare the cream. To do this, grind 350 g of butter with 1 can of condensed milk until smooth.

Step 9

Peel 1 banana and 1 kiwi and cut into 0.5 cm thick circles.

Step 10

Saturate the biscuit cakes with berry syrup. To do this, pour the syrup evenly over each cake, being careful not to over-soak the biscuit.

Step 11

Put the first cake on a dish, brush it with cream. Place fruits of the same type on the cream or alternate them.

Step 12

Place the second crust on the fruit, lightly press it with your hands. Lubricate the cake with cream, lay the fruit.

Step 13

Place the third layer on top of the cake. Spread the cream over the top and sides of the cake. Using a pastry syringe or cornet, apply a creamy pattern to the cake. Cut the peeled banana and kiwi into slices and decorate the cake with them.

Step 14

Serve the cake with tea, coffee, juice or other drinks of your choice.

Bon Appetit!
