It is necessary

  • Milk - 150 ml
  • Flour - 450-500 gr;
  • Egg -1pc;
  • Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp;
  • Butter - 70 gr;
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l;
  • Salmon (fillet) - 500 gr;
  • Red bell pepper - 1 pc;
  • Tomato - 1 pc;
  • Cheese - 100 gr;
  • Greens;
  • Salt.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to prepare a dough for the dough. Dissolve dry yeast in a little warm milk, add sugar and tablespoons of flour to it. Place the dough in a warm place for about half an hour.

Step 2

After the dough is infused, add the egg, melted butter, salt to it and gently, in small portions, add flour. Knead an elastic, soft dough. Cover the dough with a clean dry towel and leave in a warm place for a couple of hours.

Step 3

When the dough is right, roll it into a circle. The thickness of the layer should be no more than 0.5 cm. Cut the salmon into thin strips about 2 cm wide. The strips of fish fillets should be laid out in a circle of dough, stepping back from the edges by about 3-4 cm.

Step 4

Cover the spread out salmon with the dough on top, secure. You should have a sheet of dough with a roller around the edge. Cut the roller into pieces, the width of which should not be more than 4 cm. Now turn each piece so that the fish is at the top.

Step 5

In the center of the future pie, put the remaining salmon, cut into small pieces, on it - sliced tomato cubes, bell peppers, herbs. You can add spices and herbs to the filling; sprinkle the middle of the pie with grated cheese on top.

Step 6

The cake should be left for about half an hour to infuse, then greased with egg yolk and baked in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until it is covered with a golden crust.
