It is necessary

  • - 500 grams of fresh or frozen cherries,
  • - 5 glasses of flour,
  • - 100 grams of sugar
  • - 1 egg,
  • - sour cream.

Instructions

Step 1

The cherries are washed and pitted. Fall asleep with sugar and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 2

Dough: the sifted flour is salted, an egg beaten with a whisk and water are added.

Step 3

The dough is kneaded from the middle with a whisk. It should be thick and not stick to your hands. When you achieve the desired result, cover the container with the dough with a napkin and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 4

After an hour, the dough is divided into two parts. The table is sprinkled with flour. The layer must be rolled out to a thickness of 5 mm.

Step 5

The circles are made with a glass. 4 berries are placed in the middle of the circle, but without syrup. The edges must be carefully pinched.

Step 6

The water is slightly salted and the dumplings are boiled for no more than 10 minutes. You need to eat them either with sour cream or butter.
